Rotary Club of Kent Town
The Rotary Club of Kent Town Grow Fund aims to provide support for 16 to 25 year olds in the community towards a vocational, scholastic, artistic or athletic project or opportunity that may otherwise be out of reach.
The Rotary Club of Kent Town invites applications for financial support to contribute towards
the completion of a project or opportunity, in areas including science, arts, environment,
sport, humanity, charity, business, personal and professional development.
Selection criteria and application process:
Grow Fund aims to support applicants who will make a significant positive contribution to the
community as a result of the funding support.
Written applications are to be submitted to the Rotary Club of Kent Town.
The suitability of the project for a funding grant will also take into account:
- The extent of any benefit for the applicant
- The extent of any benefit for the community
- The total cost of the project
- Future development for the applicant
- The applicant’s other fundraising efforts
Successful applicants must reconcile all grant funding with the Rotary Club of Kent Town,
to ensure monies are applied in accordance with the application. As a condition of funding,
all applicants must give a presentation to the Rotary Club of Kent Town about the project,
its progress and outcomes.
